Last Updated: 11 August 2026

Zero Tolerance Policy: UniLink has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and strictly prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, promotion, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, or endangers children.

These Child Safety Standards apply to all users, content, communications, and activities conducted through UniLink.

1. Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

UniLink strictly prohibits any activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating, uploading, storing, requesting, sharing, or distributing CSAM.
  • Sexualizing or sexually exploiting a child.
  • Grooming or attempting to groom a child for sexual purposes.
  • Soliciting sexual images, videos, or other sexual material from a child.
  • Offering, requesting, or exchanging sexual content involving a child.
  • Sexual exploitation or trafficking of children.
  • Sextortion or blackmail involving a child or a child's sexual images.
  • Attempting to arrange sexual contact with a child.
  • Encouraging, facilitating, or assisting another person to sexually exploit or abuse a child.
  • Using UniLink to identify, contact, recruit, or target children for sexual exploitation.
  • Circumventing UniLink's safety measures or using another account to continue prohibited conduct after enforcement action.

These prohibitions apply regardless of whether the conduct occurs through posts, comments, private messages, groups, events, profiles, live sessions, uploaded media, or any other UniLink feature.

2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

UniLink strictly prohibits CSAM.

CSAM includes visual or other material depicting a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct or material that sexually exploits or abuses children.

Users must not:

  • Upload or publish CSAM.
  • Request or solicit CSAM.
  • Share or distribute CSAM.
  • Store CSAM using UniLink.
  • Provide links or instructions intended to facilitate access to CSAM.
  • Use UniLink to facilitate the sexual exploitation of children.

If UniLink obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE activity on the platform, UniLink will take appropriate action consistent with these standards, its policies, and applicable law. Such action may include removing or restricting access to prohibited content, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where legally appropriate, and reporting matters to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.

3. Child Safety Reporting

Users can report child-safety concerns through UniLink's in-app reporting mechanisms.

Users should report:

  • Suspected CSAM.
  • Suspected child grooming.
  • Sexual solicitation of a child.
  • Sexual exploitation or trafficking of a child.
  • Sextortion involving a child.
  • Any other conduct that may sexually abuse or exploit a child.
Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it.

If a child appears to be in immediate danger, users should also contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement authority.

4. Our Response to Reports

UniLink takes reports concerning child safety seriously.

When UniLink receives a child-safety report, we may:

  1. Review the report and relevant available information.
  2. Restrict access to content or accounts where appropriate.
  3. Remove prohibited content where appropriate.
  4. Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
  5. Preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required.
  6. Escalate serious matters internally for appropriate action.
  7. Report confirmed CSAM or other matters to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law or otherwise appropriate.

UniLink may take immediate action where necessary to protect users or prevent continued abuse or exploitation.

We do not permit users to use the reporting system to harass, threaten, or falsely accuse other users.

5. Account Enforcement

Violations of these Child Safety Standards may result in:

  • Removal of content.
  • Restriction of account functionality.
  • Temporary suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Blocking of associated accounts where appropriate.
  • Referral or reporting to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

UniLink may take action without prior notice where necessary to protect children, users, or the integrity of the platform.

6. Cooperation With Authorities

UniLink will comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations.

Where UniLink obtains information indicating confirmed CSAM or other conduct requiring reporting under applicable law, UniLink will follow the reporting and cooperation procedures required by the relevant jurisdiction.

Where legally permitted and appropriate, UniLink may cooperate with law-enforcement or other authorized authorities investigating child sexual abuse or exploitation.

7. Privacy and Evidence Handling

UniLink recognizes that reports involving child safety may contain highly sensitive information.

UniLink will handle reports and related information in accordance with applicable law and UniLink's Privacy Policy.

Where legally permitted, relevant information may be preserved when reasonably necessary for safety investigations, enforcement, legal compliance, or cooperation with authorized authorities.

UniLink will not knowingly use or distribute suspected CSAM except where handling is necessary for legitimate safety, legal, investigative, or reporting purposes and is permitted by applicable law.
